We want you to be happy with Oi Amigo. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
Email us at support@oiamigo.app with the email address you used at checkout and the date of your purchase. We'll process eligible refunds within a few business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@oiamigo.app. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — request one with the steps above if you're within the 30-day window.
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
